This course, presented by Spirit Medium David Traynor, is suitable for anyone with a curiosity to discover Angels.

This is a beginner’s level course and is suitable for anyone, whether you have any awareness of Spirit or not. All you need is a desire to discover and expand your knowledge.

Content

Throughout a 4-week process David takes you on a journey through meditation to destress, relax and bring about a sense of tranquillity and positivity.

Begin the journey with the standard principal of balancing chakras and aligning the life-force energy that surrounds the physical body and understand some elemental do’s and don’t’s in the general practice of meditation.

On this course you will discover...

how to generate calm and sharpen the brain.
how to help combat episodes of anger, panic & anxiety.
how to improve your focus on important issues
how to improve your resistance to stress.
how to allow yourself to get rid of your negative thoughts, keeping you in the present moment.

Join us, as we practice first-hand many wonderful meditations that allow us to take a journey of discovery and learn that the best way to travel is in the mind.

Taking part

This course is based upon pyramid learning and therefore attendance is required from Week 1 to Week 10 consistently to achieve the desired results. You will not be able to join after Week 1 but, if you miss a week, video playback support is provided to help you catch up.

This course will be broadcast weekly using the ZOOM App which can be downloaded for FREE from your App Store.

You do not need to be a working Psychic or Medium to participate but must be aware that this development may lead you to a position where you can choose to open to receiving Spirit messages for the good of others.
