Suitability

This course of meditations, presented by David Traynor, Psychic, Spirit Medium & Life-Coach, is for all those with an interest in well-being and creating a positive mindset.

This is a foundation level course and is suitable for anyone, no matter whether you have a lapsed meditation practice that you would like to re-establish, if you have never heard of meditation or if you simply wish to try something new. We also welcome Psychics and Mediums who wish to add another dimension to their skill set. All you need is a willingness to participate with an open mind.

Content

Throughout a 4-week process David takes you on a journey through meditation to destress, relax and bring about a sense of tranquillity and positivity.


Begin the journey with the standard principal of balancing chakras and aligning the life-force energy that surrounds the physical body and understand some elemental do’s and don’t’s in the general practice of meditation.

Taking part

This course is based upon pyramid learning and therefore attendance is required from Week 1 to Week 4 consistently to achieve the desired results. You will not be able to join after Week 1 but, if you miss a week, video playback support is provided to help you catch up.


This course will be broadcast weekly using the ZOOM App which can be downloaded for FREE from your App Store.


You need to be aware that participation in this course you may become aware of new physical and emotional experiences.
